After lots of thinking, I decided that for now, I am shutting down my blog. With me hopefully going to graduate school starting in the spring and also building a business on the side, I simply don't have the time to nurture this blog. With that said, I am not going to be deleting this account since I still like to watch the stories of those who I follow on here. Also, if I ever decide to start up my blog again, I may just re-brand everything here when time comess. Instagram post 2109240612830369910_4566524230 Sometimes you just need a break. Life got so busy. I (finally) got a part-time job that will allow me to work while in grad school. And taking care of other things got busy, too. But I'm learning that it's okay to focus on self-care over my blog and other projects I have. In fact, if I don't take care of myself, how can I do other things well? My mom and I went with a friend to Rehobeth Beach, DE last weekend and it was just what we needed. Well, I would have loved to stay there longer, but I got away and that's all I can ask for. Now I'm working again, saving up for bridesmaid things, my trip to Italy, grad school, and just to have a bank account 😂 Work hard, but listen to your mind, body, and spirit. Remind yourself that it's important to take care of your needs. Then do it. Then restart.
